Good evening. I'm new to your forum. I'm not a vampire but have the desire. I know I prefer the night. I'm more alive at night. I've had cravings for blood. Sometimes ... well, perhaps I shouldn't say. I feel like going mad and hunting and feeding on anyone/anything I could get my hands on just to taste it, but then I just bury it and go back to my so called life.

Sounds nuts I know, just another vampire want-to-be. I don't know why I've come here. I have a good job, I got to church (not regularly like I should), I have a wife. I just feel there something more to me and my life than just working, eating, and sleeping.

Just recently I saw on History Channel a story on something called a dog-man seen in Michigan/Wisconson area. From the recreations it looked like a Lycans (werewolves), but didn't see any reports of people being attacked. So, may be, just may be that vampires are real too. Just as in some of the stories (Hollywood) they keep hiden from society. So as not to be tracked, investigated, and feared. I don't know. I guess it's possible.

But if you think about it and look at our history of fantasy, science fiction, etc ... A lot of these things depected in the stories have come to past like (computers, lasers, space travel, aliens). It seems to me if mankind can imagine it then it must exist. May be not exactly as first thought but perhaps on some level, right? And if not here, perhaps somewhere else.

Thanks MidnightVampireRaven for making me feel welcome. But I am feeling nuts. When I'm talking with people at work or seeing people walking about the office I've been catching myself thinking about how they would taste. What's that about?

I don't under stand why I'm starting to feel this way or feel these things. I never had. It never crossed my mind. I'm not a teenager anymore. I'm about middle age. Sure, I've been a big fan of science fiction and horror shows, but for the thrills. Not because I wanted to be the evil depicted in the movie (for example Dracula). Disclaimer - Not that I believe people that are vampires are evil but in most Hollywood depictions vampires = evil undead things. Minus the TV shows were the Vampire is the hero.

And I'm sorry to say (and I don't mean to offend anyone) but I'm feeling **** because I keep coming back to this forum. But, I can't help it. I'm drawn to it. I need to understand.

Don't feel **** because you keep coming back to this site and if you have questions than just ask them I'm sure someone will answer and help you out. And the thing about the office maybe you're just getting cravings that you never even bothered to think about until now. I'm sure everything will workout.

I forgive you. Everyone on this forum will understand what you are going through. I'm sure we have been through most of the stuff you have been through. Have you tried to talk to your family about it? I'm sure that they will understand.
