FBI Memo Confirms Existence of Vampires in U.S.

WASHINGTON - A terrifying FBI interoffice memo reveals that the U.S. Government not only believes in vampires, but considers them a major threat to our country!

The memo was leaked by an FBI staff member who came into its possession during the course of his work. The source asked that his name not be revealed.

The note is written in brief, broken sentences but its meaning is chillingly clear : "Here is info you requested. 60,000 vampires currently active on America's streets. Mostly large urban areas. At least 9,000 American lives claimed so far this year. Number of deaths likely to climb as creatures are becoming bolder.

We recommend begin National 'War on Vampires' immediately."

FBI officials will neither confirm nor deny the information contained in the memo, but vampire expert Charles Gulton says he believes it's high time the government starts taking actions against what he and his colleagues have said for years is the most serious problem facing America. Gulton heads up Vampire Hunters, a 294-members group of physicians, researchers and detectives who specialize in tracking vampire activity in the United States.

"The greatest weapons these bloodsuckers have are secrecy and misinformation," says Gulton. "Most people believe vampires are just phony Hollywood-created monsters. But nothign could be further from the truth. They represent a clear and present danger to us all!

Vampires have existed in the written histories of every country in the world since the dawn of civilization. They crave human blood and are highly intelligent.

Our police sources in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York tell us the vampire prowl those cities by the thousands. So far, most victims have been homeless vagrants. Since no one cares about them anyway, police are reluctant to face ridicule by officially reporting the deaths as vampire-related.

But the victim profile is changing. Since nothing has been done to stop them, the vampires are becoming brazen, less disciminate.

Last month, a prominent New York socialite was attacked and killed as she walked from her private limousine to her home less than 20 yards away. Pathologists found fang punctures in her neck and every drop of blood drained from her body.

It's my profound hope that the FBI takes this memo seriously and begins taking action soon on this national crisis."

i dont remember exactly but i think somewhere on the east coast...

is it any thing to worry about? or just a bunch of hot air?

I think it is safe to say tis nothing to be serious about. I don't think anything would just "leak" out of the FBI. I shall know if it is true. I hack into the systems quite often. My so-called "caretaker" is an FBI angent and can log on and off the system as she pleases. I stay with her and I know her pass codes and everything. Out of everything I have read about in the files available, never did I read about our existance. I think they think we're a bunch of non-sense. Every website is checked periodically for safety reasons, like terrorists and such. If they were truely concerned, they would have traced our computers and would have come to inspect. That is what I know. Now, some files, I am not able to get into just yet. But if it "leaked" out, then it would have been in the easy-access folders.

I don't find this in any way funny. Whether it's true or not, that doesn't matter. Even if this is a hoax it is serious business for us. Think about it, our society is huge. It's very probable that the government does know of our existence. They may seem like idiots on the outside but they're not. They would be complete fools not to know about us. Information doesn't "leak" it's released. If it became common knowledge that we vampires exist, how would we react??? There would be panic and an urge to hide even deeper. That kind of activity would be noticed. People would begin to notice us, to tell the difference. The same would happen if this information was "leaked." The numbers are about right too. Except the number of deaths. I refuse to believe that we would be that stupid to kill by feeding. It's possible to kill on accident, but that is still too many, however with the number of murdering idiots and gross perverts these killing could be mistaken as a vampire's work. All I'm saying is, that this situation is possible. The easiest way to start a "war on vampires" is for someone to let people know we exist. People would take matters into their own hands. In their minds, we're evil demons starving for their blood. But that's just once in a while

Nicely said wray.. I think the best thing we should do is react.. If there is no reaction, then how are they able to prove that we exist... so I think that the best thing for us to do is not react, wether it's true or not. And if they do check us out, we could probably convince them that we are goths loving the undead and think we're just crazy.. That's the best possibility I can think of. I'm not goth, but in heart, I don't know what I am.

To be honest, I'm sure the whole vampire business is safe. I've never met one person who believes in vampires. Convincing the world they exist would be difficult - even impossible perhaps. I'm pretty sure there is no need to worry about something like this.
