Wray, so you're saying that a person who ruthlessly slaughtered a ninety year old woman, cut out her heart and drank her blood shouldn't be judged? And that he should be pitied?
I don't understand that. If I was the family of the woman, I wouldn't rest until I saw that person's head impaled on a spike, or something of the likeness. Less dramatically, I would want justice and not for the person to be pitied.
I agree with you, however, about the feelings of rage and darkness. I just don't think going out and murdering an old woman is the best way to go about venting your frustration. We all get a bit depressed and grouchy sometimes, but we don't all go out and murder someone because of it.
