When I was mortal life was not kind. At least not when I had to be betroved to some one I didn't love. Though yes in time I did fall in love with this mortal man. That love was never truely returned. All I had was thy family. They were always there for me. Though when made I could not tell them of what I had became. It would of been dangerous in those days.
When the time came I had to leave them, for they where growing old and I was not. The day that my brother died and from afar I had to watch I cried. It's not being hunted down the worse of it. It's those that you loved die around you and you can't even say good bye.

I don't even have my family anymore...

Oh, sorry my dear. If I brought bad memo...I am truely sorry. Yet, that's just not for family. I had to watch a best friend of my that I had considered as a little sister die too. Yes, there are so many good things with what we are. But there is a pain hard to explain to it to. I look at history and some times I do wonder if we only make the same mistakes over and over again. For history over time does fade no matter how many times it is writen down. Then again with it writen all you have a persons word on paper. It's hard and the thing is that there are times when Abe and I only had each other. There were times before me when Abe had no one and was alone.

Shandee, I agree with my husband when he says that you are a very specail person. Look into life my dear. There are so many colors of a rainbow. Even those that don't shine so bright can be the brightest of them all.

I live with my dad... & Everyday I see his hatred & discust for me grow. He's not the person he was before my mom died. Before he and all of my cousins at least pretended they cared. Now, the only time they care is when it reflects badly on them. It's the truth, I've known it for years. I get it. The second I turn 18 I'm gone. I'm leaving, and I'm not looking back. I love my dad, but having him for a father is worse than having none. I live everyday without a father. The man that was my father, is no more. All that's left is an empty shell of hate.

I'm not afraid of being alone.

My dear I am so sorry for what you have gone threw. Do, me a promise though. When you can leave, see what LIFE has to offer. This is a big world and things would always be as they are now. You could come to find out that the love of your life become yours. Chidren or no children the one that you love you'd have to leave. Give your self time to grow sweet heart. Let life drag on before you decide on becomeing a vampire. Life is alround you. Sit and just listen to it. It will speak if you let it.
