I must not allow myself to be forsaken by my my impulsive nature
I must keep hold of the reigns and steer my mood
Toward the invincible veracity of the idealist
Maintain this mood, without wavering
With the fire of the actualised idealist
I can burn through any obstacle
Even my fluctuating nature
However in a sense i must play to my nature which can quickly adapt
If i force the reigns for just enough time, i can ignite the fires of that black steed and let loose those burning passions which could melt the sky if it stood between me and my goal.

The only god that I seem to follow is the dollar. It defines what I can and cannot have. It provides security and brings me food, granted if I can perform the ritual of "buying". High-priests of this god demand that I work in the temple so that way I am contributing to the institution as whole. I'm working at accomplishing training so that way I can then accept greater tutelage and move up in the hierarchy.

---- And that folks, is a good analogy for our society, IMHO.

Awesome! I didn't understand some of it (b'cos I'm incredibly stupid) but what I understood of it was great. It's one of those feel-good, 100% optimism poems that make you feel like you have do anything.
"I can burn through any obstacle..." This was my favourite line. It gave me some nice vivid, mental images.
