any one know much about draculas castle?

actually vlad tepes had several castles. most of them located in Romaina. The most popular one is called Bran Castle and it is located in central Romania

Castle Bran - has been in the past erroneously described by officials of the Romanian Tourist Ministry as Castle Dracula because of the gothic architecture , but the truth is he only lived there for a short time, and there is no historical evidence he owned the Bran Castle
Only the movie certify that Dracula lived in Transylvania , while the real Dracula lived in Tara Romaneasca
His court was in Targoviste (where my mother comes from )and in Sighisoara in Transylvania there is the castle of his father ( Vlad Dracul) .Vlad Tepes is Vlad Dracul the second , Sighisoara castle is the real Draculas's birth place
There is also Curtea Domneasca - Dracula's palace in Bucharest and Snagov Monastery , near to Bucharest - where, according to legend, Vlad is said to have been buried after his assassination. The monastery is in the middle of snagov lake and you can go there only by boats
Archeologists did not found his grave inside the monastery , but they did find in front of the altar a pagan grave with bones of animals probably sacrificed but no human body ( ! ) All the other bodies discovered there have the head intact , while Dracula was beheaded after killed in battle according to the romanian legends.
The name Dracula comes from his father membership of Dragon Order ( latin : Societatis draconistrarum)a secret fraternal order of knights
In romanian Dracul means Devil .

isnt there a castle or whats left of it in Romania that was called his home, that was caved in by a earthquake?

i think this is about the ruins of a fortress Cetatea Poenari , in Arges , also In Tara Romaneasca , which they say was built at Draculas order .
Seems that some television channels as Discovery and National Geographic made some documentary there , i did not see them but maybe we can search for them ( on youtube maybe ..)
But Tepes did not live there , the romanian legends say that some romanian nobles scared because of the cruel killings Tepes , gathered in Poenari in order to plan the betrayal of Dracula ,to catch him and give him to the Sultan.
But in the Easter day Draculas men come into the church and take all of them an leads them in the mountains there was Dracula and there in front of them he pointed with his sword toward a nest of vultures and ordered them to raise a fortress untill Toma's Sunday, first sunday after the Easter .Many of them died on the rocks building that fortress in such a short time but they built it ,working night and day , anything was better than to be impalled .
Today there are only the ruins of this fortress in the top of the mountain , you can see them only if you dare to climb the 1480 stone steps leading to it .
