I am a newly awakened sang, and have a few questions I am hopeing someone can answer for me (sorry for any miss spelling)

1) I was born and raised as a Roman Cathlic, because of my vampireism, am I able to continue my faith?

2) I am willing to do anything to get blood and it kind of scares me...its like someting inside me just took over and made me cut my arm... but I made the cuts say "I LOVE U", is that normal for a new sang vamp?

3) The lights dont bother me so much, the sun is what really kills me...but almost every post I read on the net says that the artificial lights really bother their eyes and give them a headace. Why doesn't it bother me as much?

Ok, #1, There is nothing that says that you can't be Catholic if you're a vampire. Though it does make things a bit difficult for you. I wouldn't go telling anyone from your church about it. Being a vampire doesn't mean you're evil, just different. Though there are a lot of people out there who think otherwise on that account, so be careful.

#2 Ok, cutting yourself for blood is not unusual, but it's not benificient for you either. You need the energy from blood because you yourself are lacking energy. It's kind of like drinking water when your starving. Your stomach gets full but you're not getting the nutrients you need. Likewise, your own blood may fool yourself into thinking you're getting what you need for a little while, but it's not really doing anything for you and your better off not doing it all together. As for the carving "I love you" when you cut, that's a little weird, but hey, to each his own.

#3 If all that bothers your eyes is sunlight that's actually normal. Some people can't stand florescent light, some can't stand natural light, while some can't stand either one. And then there are other's who aren't bothered by light at all. We all have our differences. Just because we are all vampires doesn't mean we all have the same afflictions. Whether it's because of what we are or an adaptation due to the lifestyle we lead, our sensitivity to light varies. My sensitivity comes and goes. Sometimes I can bring myself to look straight up into the sky (not at the sun of course) with no problems, while other times I cannot be exposed to any bright light without suffering a migraine.

Thank you for answering my questions. i hope we can stay friends, and i have told a couple of friends (6) and one of my cousins about me. i thought these people were my closest friends but 3 or 4 of them believe me and the rest think i am crazy. should i tell them i was kidding or just let them think what they want? also i just want you to know, i contacted another vamp and she never responded. so i think ur awesome.

Hey, no problem. It's apparently also how I feed. People are drawn to me and want to tell me their problems and I try to help them, drawing off the energy of their suffering while I'm at it, thus lightening their burden. It cheers them up and makes me feel better. All in all I just like to help people if I can.
