So, I have off work today, so Im being a bum, which entails lounging in gym shorts, and conspiring with my dad about dinner.
While reading a book, and waiting for a movie to come on HBO, I hear something about a special this monday night at 10:15pm, IIRC, about vampires. Just a few minutes ago, still on HBO, another commercial about living with vampires and a website for more information. Sadly, due to the heavy alcohol consumption I so oftenly indulge in, my memory is jacked up unless it involves money, cars, food or females, so I cant remember the website.

sorry man the only thing i know thats coming on HBO is a new vampire series called Tru-Blood other than that because i dont have HBO nothing comes to mind

yeah the shows called true blood i think. im pretty sure its made after a books series, but im not completely sure. they even have this website called trubeverage.com but its definitely fake. i think the other website is bloodcopy.com . the series comes out in September i think. it looks like it would be okay to watch though.

Sounds good. I will try to catch it. I love shows and documentaries about vampires. They absolutely fascinate me.

Yes, I saw that add on HBO showing a hotel for Vampires. It's a publicity stunt to generate interest in the show. You can find the links from here: HBO: True Blood. The additonal links from here are: http://bloodcopy.com/, which has some adds on it and a forum. The forum has some post mostly from humans. Some saying they believe in vampires, some saying not and even some believing there is some real event where vampires are coming out on Sept 7 I think. The site tries to make it sound like there is something really going on. Like there is a movement for Vampires to come out in the open and join with humans cause they found solution to feeding instead of on humans. The link to that is here: Tru Blood, which advertising a drink called True-Blood, but it's really a site to show another video clip of some guys at a camp fire drinking with a vampire. Also, the site is to sell their stuff (shirts, cups) with the show's logo.

NP. When I saw that TV add I got hooked in to the marketing hype like a lot of other people did. I had to investigate cause I was surprised to find they were using the term True Blood.
