I have to agree with ninja.
Darling, just like a mortal we are all different. You wouldn't define a human being as one thing because we all have different personalities. Some crave or need to sustain on just plain energy. Others need to sustain on blood energy.

Here I sit at my computer just like thousands other want to reach out to others like I. I sit in a house as you do. I eat three meals a day. I walk on sunny days to take a fresh breath of air. I like to take long boat rides. Paint when the feeling hits me. Write about my thoughts.
I am different from a mortal, though some may not believe me, because I live longer, have hardly any health problems, heal quicker, some what stronger and faster and I need extra energy to be able to do all of this.
Just like a mortal u can't pin point what a vampire is but like a mortal you can say we have some of the same things. We all can have blue eyes, blond hair, light skin. Or brown eyes, dark hair and dark skin.
