The First vampire novel you read
what was the very first vampire novel that you read? For me, it would have to be Salem's Lot by Stephen King. Truely a master peice

Umm.. probably the Vampire Beach series, but the first one I read that got me into vampires was Twilight.
Is Salem's Lot good? I'm not sure whether to read it or not?

You havent read Salem's Lot? It is only one of the scariest and most creative vampire novels in the history of vampire novels! It is fresh, original and extrememely good!

Sold. I'll try and buy a copy when I can. (:
I've heard Stephen King is a really scary writer but I read Pet Cemetary and it wasn't that bad, so I was kind of dubious about reading his books again.

Aaaw, I love Goosebumps. ^___^ They were really scary, though. Seriously scary.

Sixty?! Gaawd, I didn't even realise there were 60. What's the best one you've read? I think I've read three or four of them.

60? No way, there are only 12. Wait are we talking about the same thing? And no, Cirque Du Freak is a series of books by author Darren Shan soon to be a movie February 19, 2009. According to wikipedia that is.
