I have read her books, they are okay, a lot of misinformation though. I prefer the Aset Ka's Bible to any of her works actually. But they are worth reading.

Hey, I take offense to that on her behalf, yet we're each entitled to our own opinion. What information, A'nen Sedjet, are you referring to as misinformation? I would be glad to debate this information because I've studied her works a lot. And Hellen, why is that chapter ridiculous, if I may ask?

well I can't find a serious reason why should I throw an energy ball to someone just to make them experience the same sensation i did ,or to possibly draw their atention on me ( when in fact i always want the opposite )

imagine me making energy balls in public and no one notices it LOL and just look over at me when the ball touches them

i just wonder what is the purpose of it ,to teach humans ,or an exercise for kindergarden , because kids learn by playing ?

Bring your hands together, palms still cupped and slightly parted, and form the energy into a ball. Feel its weight and the tension it creates between your fingers. Mold it and shape it with your hands. In this state, it can be thrown at a target or passed from person to person. (LOL)

It is a technique meant to teach you how to form and hold energy into a solid form. It teaches you to charge your will into it and cast it out like a spell, and when you cycle that energy into a condensed form you can use a little bit of energy where you once needed a lot. There is a lot of good, useful energy working information in there. What do you find humerous about that energy technique? The ball is used to cast out a focused ball of energy, whether emotion or some other specific point of will, it connects with another person's aura and "bursts" over their energy body.

Nah, there is no energy ball. Michelle created her "movement" out of a computer game! Vampire the Masquerade. She does have some knowledge of energy manipulation, though. But in terms of vampirism she is confusing from her own lack of knowledge.

Actually, she took out the video game aspect of the sangunarium's blackveil. It was the sanguinarium, created by father todd that was based off the masquerade, not michelle's. I find her explainations on vampirsm to be the most accurrate to date.
