I don't know if it's an awakening that I'm experiencing or I'm just crazy. I'm hungry all the time, but there is nothing in this house that satisfies me. I can eat and eat and eat, but still be starving. I know I want blood, but... how do I go about getting it?

And I even a vampire? My "fangs" aren't sharp enough to tear flesh. My eyes ARE sensitive, but not as bad as I've heard. I sleep at night, basically because my body is used to it and I work first shift. I eat garlic bread. I sleep in a bed. My heart still beats, I'm not un-dead. I can take pictures and see myself in the mirror. Does my lust make me a vampire or... part vampire? I do have two odd marks on my throat that are the exact spacing as fangs, had them since I was little... does that mean anything? They could just be freckles or beauty marks...

Aye, I'll say that you could or could not be a vampire. "fangs" are not a defining characteristic, mainly because not all human living vampires of today even have them. Vampires do cast reflections, even the immortal ones I've heard of. Most sleep in beds too, though some lifestylers choose the coffin mythos. Sun does seem to affect us more than others, we burn easier or we get drained very badly. We aren't actually undead, that is a major myth, I believe.

As for how you go about getting blood, there's always animal blood. You can either get it fresh from an animal, or try going to your local butchery and asking for any leftover blood they might have (tell them you need it for cooking; research it a little in case they start asking questions). Then there's the donor thing, you can see if there is someone in your area who would consent to being a donor for you. And if you have any blood banks, you can try to hit them up maybe. Those are pretty much your options when it comes to blood. If you want, though, you can try psychic feeding, which means taking lifeforce energy from others to sustain yourself. If you want more info on that, just ask.

You go thru an 'awakening' period, but is it possible to go back to 'sleep' and go thru another 'awakening'? yess, odd i know

It's not odd, it is possible. One aspect might need to go into remission in order for another aspect of your soul to awaken, so it seems that it goes to "sleep," or goes inactive or inert. Or it may be that in order to continue with one awakening it may need to go to sleep and allow you to awaken to something else for you to get to the "level" you need to be at in order to continue. There are so many reasons that a soul could go innert, it all depends on your personal circumstances. If you'd like to explain a little more I might be able to give you more information.

Well i have another question. If part of you went to 'sleep' is it possible that it could not 'awaken' again? And if this happens is there away to force an 'awakening'? I've been to many sites about wiccan's and attention hoe's pretending to be vampires, and thus have never heard much on 'awakening'; so any information is greatly appreciated.

Okay, yes, you can force an awakening, but it is not suggested. I tried to force my dragon awakening, and I wound up convulsing and shaking and studdering, crawling to teh door and falling down. That's how my brother found me, and it took him crawling around in my mind to calm me back down. To force something that is meant to happen natural, which means causing an unatural awakening, causes complications, which could result not only the loss of life, but the loss of that aspect of your soul that you're awakening into. Not to say taht it will always result thus, but the least harmful thing that could happen is that you'd get major migranes and seizures and the worst is that you could go brain dead, literally.

And yes, there could be something that could cause you to not awaken again, maybe you're not meant to this lifetime, or maybe something is preventing it. Maybe someone bound it and you'll need to discover the patchwork of the binding to remove it.

This probably sounds dumb but I'm new to all of this and confused about a lot.... Ok ummmm number one... what was Azura_Adella_Seryn talkin about "sensitive eyes"? And that conversation about sleeping after awakening and re-awakening kinda confused me... Are you saying your soul awakens by like parts or something? How do you know if your entire soul is awakened??? What is a dragon awakening? Am I just dumb or ignorant or what? 'Cuz I feel like I should know this stuff already but I truly don't have any idea what a lot of that means... I mean I know what an awakening is...[or so I thought] but um..... yea help???

I was talking about vampire's sensitivity to light. I've got to wear sunglasses almost everywhere now because i can't stand the light. Also, fluorescent light at work gives me headaches. Since I've accepted I was a Sang. Vampire, I've felt better and stopped forcing my mom and friends to tell me what I was. I know what I am. ^^

well, MiMi{TNB}, im pretty new to it too. but from what i understand is that you soul does wake up in pieces. It would seem as if the human flesh restricts/ hides you from yourself and it needs a key(catalyst) to unlock parts of you.
