The Codex we refer to is The Psychic Vampire Codex, written by Michelle Belanger. It describes in good detail and in simple writing what psychic vampirism is and techniques to feed and also some good practices to learn to manipulate energy. It also details the energy body (the spirit body) and the subtleties of it. I suggest this book to anyone who wishes to learn about the spirit and energy workings. It is a very good book both for beginners and intermediate and advanced energy users. Look it up on Amazon or your local Barnes and Nobles. There is also an online copy, the link is The Vampire Codex Index Tell me in a PM what you think and I'll try and get you a small description of the types of vampirism there are to start us off on your quest for knowledge.

My awakening started when I was young. I'm a psychic/medium and I been able to open portals to the other side. I haven't figured out why I feel so cold all the time, even when it is extremly hot outside I still feel like a freezer. I am always pale and never aggressive. I'm probably the most content person than anything else.

My awakening... It began years ago, i had been born a vampire but raised to think i was human... My father and mother i never truly met, they had given me up so i could escape the darkness of my clans history... A clan of assassins was no way to raise a child but they couldn't leave, not with how deep they are..... Thus my adoption into a human family. My father though a kind man was strictly against anything paranormal and anything they deem 'satanic.' Yet there was something I and many others noticed about myself. As young as the third grade many people; teachers, members of my church, even neighbors noted my observational skills. One teacher left and never came back because i was able to see how she was trying to bend the minds of my peers... Falsly implying that we were unintelligent beings and just prey... I met my first vampire... her name was Jessica Reeves. And it bothered her that a young human, barely nine ahd read and broken through her arguments. When I became thirteen my talents became well noted. I was able to move distances rapidly, I was invisible at times to my friends and often startle them. They don't see me move at times or its as I was suddenly there. Then I noticed how I would feel the emotions of those around me, and they became to control me.... I was wild and dangerous and I realized immeideatly that if this were to continue I would have too control myself... The more I isolated myself the more predatory I became. Then one night I found myself standing over a close friend covered in blood, her weakened and feeble body on the ground, tears in her eyes.... i had gone to far and I ran.... After a time I built myself up too watch her.... She didn't die and she kept trying to regain contact with me... I only just started to see her again... During this time between then i sought others like myself and met Malachi, my father and sire. i recognized him right away and he recognized me. My sire aided me in my quest in mastery of myself and my talents.... Recently I was named next in line as patriarch of my clan... Now I find myself with a marked friend in order to protect her not realizing the significence of my actions, and entering a new and unforseeable future for myself and those I love... This is my history. This is my life. I am a vampire.

Not sure... Never tried to see if I was immprtal or not.... Although..... I have been in a serious car accident when I was fifteen.... I went through a windshield at eighty miles per hour..... Broke a collar bone, my right arm in six places and both my legs were completely shattered, as well my shoulder blades.... I wasn't expected to live.... then i was told I would be a paralyzed from the waist down..... I run three miles a day..... So maybe I am, or just blessed and lucky.

Inu-kun is being modest, you didn't tell them about how you rolled down the hill all broken and bleeding and ended up in the creek. And how no one found you for a long time and you managed to pull yourself free of the ice-cold water...Your body was practically destroyed beyond repair and you live with death haunting your heart every morning.

Whether he's immortal or not, he's one hell of a survival story.
