Here is something I drew. It's something that represents the inner self of those who don't prove themselves in life or have a proper purpose to accomplish or maybe something they love that they want to do. They don't have a reason to struggle, the matter how much they were strangled to death. Their mouths are sewed as they don't have a life to talk about.
