Summary of Vampirism
Real vampires are people with an astral leak in their bodies, and from that leak go's the persons energy. A vampire is in no way Immortal, killed by sunlight /garlic/ etc. A Real Vampire is just a simple person just like everyone else world however, with a minor flaw. Vampires need to feed on others to survive. Either through Psi feeding or blood feeding. and by feeding I don't mean neck biting or drinking gallons of blood. All it is, is a term for taking others energy by means of blood. Psi's Feed many different ways, but all of it still revolves around taking psychic energies, and sangs take their energies through Blood feeding in a glass normally with a donor and a syringe. Basically thats just the way it works. No powers, no immortality, just a way of life in which one must keep their own well being by using the energies of other things to survive.



In Depth Vampirism

a condition in which a person is forced to live a life with a never ending need for the vital energies of everything around us. Plants, Animals, and people cannot survive without creating their own energies and vampires are in able to. Vampires do not choose to live the way they do and very few enjoy it. We are born into this life with this "problem" or deficiency. Most feed on pranic and empathic energies, and some feed mainly on psychic energies (from elements, spiritual energy, etc). A vampire is not a parasite, but more like an evolved human with the capabilities of taking in and controlling certain energies to his' her own benefit. The abilities or "gifts" offered due to this lifestyle are at times abused, but most would never abuse their abilities. We already have enough weight over our heads, and abusing our abilities would most likely only hurt us in the end.

We are not gods, nor are we immortal in anyway; instead our souls are eternal and our minds aware of supernatural phenomena. We do not sleep in coffins (though some may, to each their own) and a stake through the heart will kill any living creature. Many of us have very fair skin and are slightly, if not severely, allergic to sunlight because of the increased photosensitivity that comes with being what we are and many prefer darkness. The only supernatural "powers" we may possess are that of astral projection and travel, psychic abilities, and so on. So, to separate myth from reality, we are not bloodsucking monsters that can be destroyed by any cross or garlic. Real Vampires are nothing more than an older soul with much knowledge and a need for energy trapped within a physical, human body.

Below are some terms I find to be of importance dealing with this lifestyle:
Donor -

One who allows the vampire to feed from him/ her, whether it be pranically, psychically or empathically.

Awakening -

When the vampire comes to realization of his/ her nature and learns to accept it.

Vampire -

One who is born with a need for pranic, psychic or empathic energy and possess many gifts abnormal to most humans.

Psi Attack -

An attack made by a psi vampire, usually by those who haven't awakened just yet or are in the process of doing so. The victim may experience a headache, fatigue and sudden loss of energy.

Those vampires known to exist:

Psi, or Psychic Vampire -

A vampire that feeds off of energies from elements, to spiritual energy, to energy given off by another living organism (vital in the idea that during a psi attack the victim feels the energy slipping away, but the symptoms are usually minor).

Pranic Vampire -

A vampire that feeds off of the life force of other living creatures, be it through blood, auras or even sex. Pranic vampires tend to be the strongest and most animalistic when it comes to feeding, I think that it's due to the fact that blood and sex are major sources of highly potent energy.

Empathic Vampire -

A vampire which feeds off of the energies from emotions. Empathic vampires are highly at risk health wise if they are not experienced enough with changing energies and such. There are many negative energies involved in empathic feeding, and if the vampire is incapable of handling them or changing them to more positive energies, they may take on that emotion as their own and even feel it 10 times more.

Sanguinarian, or Blood Vampire -

A vampire who feeds on the precious vitae of other living creatures, preferably humans. The difference between sang and pranic vampires is that sang vampires will usually only deal with blood (or if the vampire is also empathic, he/ she will then be dealing with blood and emotional energy)

Tantric, or Sex Vampire -

Also known as a succubus or incubus (in reality those are demons but for some reason tantric vamps like to be called by this), these vampires live for sexual energy and nothing else, and many don't even do it for the physical pleasure so much, but more the potent energy provided by their partner. I'm not saying they aren't satisfied physically, for I'm sure they are... but there is more to it than the obvious and these lusting vampires could easily drain their partner dry.
