RE: Vampires and Body Temperature
My bodytemperature is also lower than normal, although not that much. I never used to be cold, I was more like a little heater... But lately I'm constantly cold... very annoying :S

RE: Vampires and Body Temperature
Your own personal energy levels may also affect your temperature. So if you're cold you may need to feed more. Worth trying at least, right?

RE: Vampires and Body Temperature
I myself get cold very easily as well. At first I thought it was anemia when I was younger but the doctor says that isn't the case, then I thought it was because I grew up in a tropic environment but then again i've been living in the states for almost 5 years and my body still hasn't adjusted to California weather. Like others before me, I get uncomfortable in weather or indoor settings that are less than 80 degrees.
I have to agree with PhoenixNightengale, with some people you have to keep your energy levels up. The feeling of warm blood going down your throat would evidently warm you as much as the feeling of a cold drink would cool you off.

RE: Vampires and Body Temperature
Yeah, my docter always thought I was anemic and I finally got tested this year. They tested my heart and blood, but couldn't find anything abnormal besides my body temperature being so low.

RE: Vampires and Body Temperature
hmmm... Im glad I found this topic. Lately I've kinda been randomly breaking out into a sweat. But it's like a cold sweat. And my instant reaction is to open a window or take of my sweatshirt... and then I feel like im an ice cube! lol.
