Of course we can feed off other vamps. lol Why wouldn't we be able to?? And it is more effective if we have an excess in energy. Dangerous?? Not really, we heal faster and it sounds worse than it is. You don't cut in an area that holds large veins and arteries. We cut like on the shoulder or chest. It doesn't hurt near as bad and it bleeds well. It was just an experiment. Nearly all people hold the genes that can cause them to Awaken, but most of the time there is no trigger to cause them to do so. When you Turn someone, you're basically trying to force their body to Awaken. It either works or it doesn't. In my experience, more often then not, it does.

Because vamps feed on energy, both sang and psi. If you are a vamp you don't have enough of this energy, that is why they need to feed. If you feed on somebody who also is low in this type of energy, like an other vamp, it will not replenish the energy... So it has no use.. Just like feeding on yourself... At least, that is the general consensus based on the info I have.

When you feed you take in the other person's energy. This causes them to lose energy while the feeding vampire gains it. So feeding from another vampire works fine, it just makes the other vampire weak. I can feed off of DEADBLACKCROW because he's Psy and I'm Sang. He can gain a surplus in energy easier and faster than I can. So it makes him an obvious choice for my donor.

from what i see in some text i found the idea of turning is real but it is highly dangorus due to infection/death of blood loss.
yes psy can achive more energy than sang that is why i mostly feed throught meditation with another which is the most natural way for me i tend to stay away form feeding on others blood for it has a odd effect on me it makes me a little agressive i should say
