Sensations: It just feels like I'm not really there. My mind just kinda goes blank. Its like the only thing that matters is the blood. Then I just get really energetic after I feed.

Is it different for each Vampire? Probably. Everyone experiences things differently.

Or are certain similarities felt within you all? Well, everyone probably feels the sudden energy rush, but I don't know about anything else.

Is it not normal to take blood directly from a donor and if not why? I think its normal to take blood directly, because that is what I have always done. And I beleive that it is the most sensual way, because usually, both the vampire and the donor enjoy the experience.

Sensation: It feels as though my entire body comes alive, then it begins feels as though I come under the influence of some drug, my body growing still and sated. It feels as if my entire core is overrunning with energy and that my body is suddenly AWAKE. I become feral and energized during the feeding, then relaxed and sated afterwards. Most of the time, though, it is a very erotic feeling, leading to sexual interactions.

Different? I'm sure there are certain similarities between vampires, yet of course because we are different we all have certain ways we react differently to feeding.

Similarities? As I said, because we are different, of course some things are going to be different, but as with most species and races, there are things that are the same that seemingly define those in that group. For vampires, I'd say that many feel the feral nature of feeding, a lusting for the act of feeding, and during it is extremely accute, some vampires even going so far as to report a "sharpening" of their teeth. And there is usually the satisfied, lethargic feelings afterwards that most feel, but not all feel this.

Donor: Yes, in my opinion, I'd say it is normal for the wanting to feed directly from the donor, but it is not always sanitary or suggested for health reasons. Myself, I'm to the point where I cannot feed without tearing into my donor's flesh, or at least feel blood flowing directly into my mouth, feel the donor's flesh beneath my lips. Normally, I usually use an insulin syringe ever other day or so, this keeps me fed and at decent energy levels, and doesn't wear my donor out, yet when I go a long while without feeding the rages and feral need grows more and more, making it difficult to restrain myself when it comes to the point I get to feed again.

Well, these are my opinions and personal experiences, so take them as you will. I hope to see more about this from others, it is a good thing to compare our natures and see how we are alike and different. ^_^
