Iceburg lettuce is probably the cheapest type of lettuce. Its the whitish-green lettuce they sell in heads at the store. Very common. Just go to Walmart, or really, anywhere that sells produce.

Perhaps the Iceburg lettuce is chosen for the chlorphyll in it. I would use darker green lettuces myself. Interersting list Voltahit, thanks for the info. Chlorphyll is the closes thing to blood and similar. I use dark lettuce mixed with carrots and a apple for a drink. Spinich is a good one as well. Spinich, carrots, apple. Get a juice machine and try it. I juice berries a lot as well, besides eating them :-). Very good for you.

You forgot to mention V-8, it has many vitamins and nutrients that are very healthy, and the thick red stuff makes a good suppliment, ^_- lol I once put a small insulin syringe full of my blood into a 16 oz bottle of V-8 for my ex and she damn near creamed herself, lol, if you'll forgive my language.
