I am into taking care of our earth. For the simple fact that we need the earth to survive. But the earth will be here long after humans die off. The earth has gone threw many different ages and one is an ice age. It is only the natural order of things. So, whose to say that the icecap melting isn't just a natural order of things. I'm not saying that we has human kind don't help speed things up though. Whoes to say that all we have done was speed up that natural order of thing by a hundred years or two.
Truth of the matter if we want to survive and keep the world like we want it we should take care of our livin space. Like a house, over time a house will wear down at one point in time. But there will be a new one to replace it. It's up to us how long it takes.

Bones wear away too, which is all part of the aging process, as well as other stuff. People might be able to produce new skin cells but they can't grow new bones to replace the old ones. If vampires could live forever, even if their skin was youthful and new, they'd suffer seriously bad arthritis.

And you're right about the global warming thing.. we'd probably all be dead by the time the sun decides to give up trying. ^___^

Aye, Big Boom, lol. But yeah, truth about the bones, the body naturally deteriorates, but there is no reason for one to assume that others aren't able to walk outside the natural order of time versus aging. Nano-technology would work at regenerating cells, if we could develop them to not destroy the host, but that's neither here nor there. I honestly don't know much about nanotechnology. >_<
