i only have a little energy that i can manipulate,though for feed this is not a very wise energy to feed off i have had to feed of anger and lust,which seems to not help but just a little.ugh is like 12.33pm and i just woke up,wow, also very bright today

Hmm, I'm very unsure of why or what attacked you, but I think I know what's going on with you. You say you have little ability to feed. Try this, okay? What I think your body needs is a deep level of energy, much deeper than surface feeding. I believe your spirit was damaged and you need to work on recovering, and to do this your body needs energy. But, the problem is, with this deep level of need you're going to have to feeding deeply from someone. To do this, you'll need to find someone willing to be your donor first. This kind of feeding is very invasive and it's discouraged unless absolutely necessary. Let me guess, your sensativity to sunlight has increased steadily over the past half year and it's extremely difficult to be in public places without shielding constantly?

Okay, to deep feed, you'll place your hand on your donor's chest, or stomach, wherever you feel their core at. Then you'll want to extend your energy down into their body, through their aura and literally feel it pierce their spiritual skin. This tendril of energy will act as a funnel in which you can siphon energy. You'll let your energy sink deeper and deeper until you feel a flash of warmth creep up your arm--this is their core. You'll want to slowly siphon the energy, giving the donor time to adjust. You'll need to pull this energy up into your own core, into your chest area where you felt the ripping sensation and hold it there. Only take a little this first time, for two reasons; firstly, the donor won't handle too much core energy without growing extremely vampiric, and secondly, your body isn't used to that deep, power quality of energy and you'll need to take it in by small bits. This will also give your donor time to regenerate their lost energy and you won't have to find another donor.

Okay, I'll need to talk to my brother more about what could have attacked you, but I'll check with him as soon as I can. He has much more knowledge than even I do, and his intuition is much more finely tuned. In the meantime, I want you to start studying. The House Kheperu psychic vampires were created ages ago through an alteration to their spirit bodies. This often occured to them through their base Chakra, but I believe that you're situation is similar to their alteration in that you're spirit body has been altered and now you require something more to sustain yourself. But this may work to your advantage. You see, Kheprians stand more on the side of spirit than they do in the physical, so by this you may be able to grow as a spiritual being. I'm sorry, one of the "what" is sorta not agreeing? You missed a word there, I think. And do you have messenger? I add you on YIM from your profile. It would be easier to talk, I think. And yeah, that's what I thought. A chakra attack is hard to heal, and can sometimes take lifetimes to heal. But a better way to heal is to have this chakra point altered. It may take you some time to find someone who can do it, because we don't live near enough to each other, but I believe the best thing to do would be to have that damaged area and have it altered. You'll take the chakras around and what's left of the chakra that was attacked (if there's anything left of it) and sort of fuse them. This will cause an odd change to your spiritual body, but let me think on this some more before you decide to try that. This is gonna take some major thinking about. In the meantime, you may want to speak with the Kheprians about what could be done and tell them my suggestions, kay?
