Aye, more than likely it's overfeeding. Do you feel sort of agitated sometimes and don't know why? And do you often feel light-headed, mainly around your family or an emotional confrontation? You may need to develop an empathic shield to help regulate your feeding. Sometimes our bodies just don't know when not to absorb energy, especially when we have it pretty much thrown at us. If we find that's the case, I can teach you to shield properly if you'd like, and if you're adept at shielding I can teach you a method that will use the emotional energy instead of your personal energy to shield, that way you won't be drained trying to keep excess energy out.
