Ok recently I had this major energy overdose.
And I don't know where is came from.
But it was sooo bad that I felt sick from it.
And I think I am still feeling the side effects from it.
I was with my boyfriend and he says that he didn't even feel close to being drained at all.
So i just don't know what happened.
Does any one have any Idea as to what happened?

I can draw energy not just from people, but from animals also.
Soo it could be that.

When you opened yourself up, you could have drawn on the energy of the "area" or spirits,
People have been aroud here for many, many, generations.

But it could have been somthing else. Just guessing. It could have been alot of things.

Okay, good advice Phoenix, just not enough detail for her to know exactly how to ground.

Kris, he's right, grounding helps in those situations. More than likely you encountered an energy that just didn't sit right with your metaphysical system and your body physically rebelled, as if you'd eaten something that made you sick. You physical body developed symptoms for your energy body. Ground entails taking your own energy and allowing the negative (or whatever energy you wish to "ground" out) to flow from your body, usually replacing it with a source of energy more "tasty" to your energy body. A good visualization that most use is to see a tendril of energy flow from your feet into the earth, allowing the energy in question to flow down your body, pushing it from you into the earth, and pulling up pure nature energy from the Earth to replace what you've disposed of. Be sure to always thank the earth for her generosity, but you don't have to if you don't believe that way. It's all symbolic, if you think about it. Some people also add in a white light shining down from above, pushing the energy from their body into the earth, the while light energy filling the void that the disposed of energy leaves behind.
