Lately I've been wondering if perhaps, I am a Hybrid. I know for certain that I am at least a Sang, but there are times when I go for months without blood. The thirst does start to get to me and I begin to "vamp-out" and lose energy more rapidly, but not as much as I should. So I was thinking that maybe I have Psi abilities also.

I often take on others emotions as my own. Even whenever I don't have anything to do with them, and they are just passing me by in school or at the store. So I was wondering if this is common for Psi vampires. People tend to become calm around me, and I become more frustrated. Am I feeding off of their energy? That is what it has been seeming like to me.

Any thoughts on this?

Being a hybrid of Psy and Sang is an occurence that is quite common. All vampires have both abilities, however they usually chooses to use one method or the other.

Well, that's not entirely true. Not all Vampires can feed from both. Actually, there are quite a few that cannot.

Either way, I do know things, because I take the time to read and research. I have a wide variety of interests. Not saying I'm so know-it-all, because I'm not. But I tend to know a lot about what I'm interested in.

Empathy is a 'gift' (or curse) that more and more people seem to have these days. The feeling, and taking over, of emotions and pain is not an uncommon trait. It could be just a 'human' (for a lack of a better word) power that is awakening.

However, through feeding you train yourself in recognizing and 'digesting' energy. It could be that this is why you start to psi feed. Your body recognises the energy it needs, and takes it the way it comes, in psi.

I guess my advise is to try and train it. Ask yourself this: after getting frustrated or getting emotional from the people around you, do you feel energized? Do you only experience the emotions/pain or is their something else in there too?

Yes, usually I feel really hyper after I am angry or frustrated. You can ask my ex, who knows I'm a Sang, and I stll feed from occasionly. He's seen it happen multiple times. I have been thinking about trying to train myself, and I am going to attempt to when I have time.

I'm not insulting you. It's just that I've had a few more years of experience and time to find out the truth of things. It seems you automatically disreguard the knowledge of others if it differs from your opinion. All vampires have the traits of both Sang and Psy. Although, the difference is how much stronger one trait is over another in the vampire. I'm pretty balanced in my mental and physical abilities. I could Psy feed if I wanted to, though not as well without practice. Most other vampires I've talked to or met are the same way. They have both abilities, but choose one over the other according to which method is most effective for them.

I have done my fair share of study and reasearch. I'm not going to say that you are wrong, because that is unlike me. But I do tend to stick to my own opinions until someone proves me otherwise. Would you happen to have a credible source of this information?
