Ok I'm like really questioning this meditation thing...I mean like I guess I just need some more info.....could sumone plz tell me about it... I mean i know a little bit but not as much as i'd like to!

Okay, well meditation is the lower of the consciousness to a level below normal operation capacity. Meaning a lower brain function to give the mind a place to rest while the consciousness continues to have free reign. For more info, please just ask and I'll answer.
