I personally beleive in confronting my problems, and thinking things through. My general rule in life, is to be as relaxed as possible. Blocking things out is just a defence mechanism your body uses to avoid anxiety, so it's better to confront things IMHO.

I believe on confronting problems too, but we all have a different way of thinking and you cannot push your way to others. So that blocking thing is not dealing with it at the moment. We dont always have an answers to things that happen and we are all capable of good things and bad. Thats why we are not perfect!

Pushing things away is not nessisarily a bad thing, it only is when you push that thing away and try to forget about it. Its a good thing when you do so to clear your head to find a solution to that issue. Yajima13, that is just one of thousands of reasons that we are not perfect.

1 has been following me since i was little almost 10 years, then about 8 years ago 2 & 3 showed up and 4 lets see he showed up maybe 5 years ago and 5,6,& 7 have showed up in the past year (Mahahahaaha my own army)

I know I have my dark side. I also believe in facing fears head on, just sometimes you have to be ready to do it. I know it took me a few years to face my demons and even now things will creep up from those corners that send me into a tail spin.

I have dealt with a lot over the years...and yes, I have a dark side. Very dark and brooding. There are things I do not like to think about...things that I wish I had never experiences, that are now trapped inside my subconscious mind. I try to face my problems and fears head on, but I know from experience that this is not always easy (and I do not deal with stress very well.) But sadly there are always things that get ingrained into your mind that you can not forget. I just try to deal with them...and move on, however, difficult that might be.
