What is faith and what is hope? Would any one like to give their twist on the thought ? If so please do. I would like to read them.

to me faith and hope are almost the same. A god can give you faith and at the same time your faith gives you hope

Faith can bring hope. Yet, hope can bring faith also. In the eye of ones mind you can say that it matter not what the faith is just as long at you have hope. Faith can be with in a god or goddess. Faith can be in the ones you love. Faith can be as simple as a mother enjoying her children in which gives her hope. Hope is the bright sun that brings a smile across ones face. Hope that you will go to heaven. Hope that your children grow to be what it is that they want to be. Hope that one day you'll find love. Faith in the love that one has for another. In all of that faith and hope is what keep us turning every day. It keeps us moving when we may not want to.

I offer these words if i may:

Faith, is individualised, it is personalised, shared intimately only between yourself and that which you believe in. Faith, to be more accurate, is related more closely to a higher form of love.

Hope, whilst still important, is essentially positivity, it lays the corner stone for motivation.

I hope i have offered food for thought.

Faith is blindly believing in some doctrine, while hope is a psychological way to temporarily escaping despair.

Faith is a powerfull force that move you to a higher level wheres theres no doubt, no maybe's, no limits. You are completly convince, now is real is part of you.Faith is what hopes become. First you start with a wish, you expect something (hope) but it grows to a point that you dont wait anymore because you already have it (faith).

I would just like to say that the quetions that I have asked so far is because I offen wonder why people believe in the things that they do. I know the reasons that I believe in what I do.
