Daemons, in my definition, are the most powerful of demons aside from the demon ruling Councils. They are the Gate Guardians to the Nethers. I'll post more info on this later, my mind is scattered yet again. Sorry, very sorry for this. >_<

Didn't you say that your spirit brother is a Gate Guardian to the Nethers?

LOL, no, sorry, let me explain his circumstances. There is only one way for Daemon to be released from his post as Gate Guardian; death. If they leave prematurely they are hunted down and destroyed. Well, one Daemon got smart, and made a deal with a being, my brother. The Daemon would share his power, a piece of his soul, and he would take a piece of my brother's in return. What this did for the Daemon was give him a different spirit aspect so that the hunters couldn't trace him easily, and it gave the hunters a Beacon to follow, ie, my brother. Well, this gave my brother phenominal powers, but it also gave him pure darkness and evil to his spirit. Long story short, they eventually caught the Daemon, my brother got his soul melded and thus negated the evil or at least gave him teh capacity to control it and channel it into something more productive. Understand?

Well, to say he grew more powerful would be an understatement. He gained the power of command that a daemon has over demons, which means they don't **** with him much, and he commands Shadows, soulless demons who are pretty much simple constructs made of darkness energy. There are hundreds of thousands of shadows, and each Daemon controls a certain amount. Robert gained control of them after he came to control his nature, but only the ones under the previous daemon's control. Along with that came the power over the demon gates and his ability roam their realms at will without being hassled too much. And his ability to control and manipulate energy expanded beyond anything humans can dream of generating, and his capacity to hold energy grew exponentially.

Not quite so due to the fact that he only absorbed a small piece of the soul, but he did become much more powerful. Trust me, if it hadn't been for his friends in the otherworld intervening, he'd have lost his mind with the darkness that consumed him and he would have gone on a mass killing spree. His mind would have literally shattered. He had his soul melded with the daemon soul to keep that from happening. Trust me, I saw him before the melding and he would literally have seizures constantly, and this mother is six foot four to six foot eight (depending on his mood), that's not easy lugging his ass to the car to take him to the hospital, lol.

Well it is good then that his friends intervened, the last thing this world needs is a demonically possesed person going a on a killing rampage. Sorry my mind is a little scattered right now, he is a little more persistant than usual. Has things improved between you and your brother?
