i have a theory about the idea that vampires live very long lives- there are stories of how cannibals have super human abilities strength, speed, heightened senses ect. could it be possible that human blood contains some sort of unknown chemical that does all these things? look at the stories of a wendigo a beast that used t be human but had no choice but to eat human flesh and becomes the "ultimate hunter" because of the before mentioned super human abilities. this is just an idea i randomly had while i was contemplating things let me know what you guys/girls /vampires think

I think it's a really clever idea. It would make sense for blood to contain some sort of magic chemical, as far as the evidence is concerned. I'm not really sure if that is the case because blood is just a mixture of water, cells and proteins/salts (if I heard right in Biology). Unless theres some sort of magic protein that can give you super-human abilities. :/ Umm, but yeah, cool theory.

again good theory however i dont agree or disagree. science is not totaly certain what makes up 100% of blood. the whole cells and various protines is what they teach.

I think it might make everyone stronger because it's so natural. Everything people eat today is processed one way or another. There might be something present in the body that can make us physically and mentally stronger. Protein is very healthy for us. Consuming a lot of blood would let us create more energy and strength... But you never know, for it's just a theory.

Mosquitos drink blood. And they don't have super-powers. I'm sure scientists would know if blood contained a magical protein that turned people into superhumans.
And we all have blood inside of us. So if it is blood that gives people super powers, why don't we all have superpowers?
