Spirit Guides
My name is Jo and I am an alcoholic..................ops, wrong room!
I have a spirit guide, well 2 of them actually.
My main guide is called Alison (alice for short), she stays at the age of 23 and comes from an edwardian time. Her family was well off and lived in suffolk during her years, she's much like me in ways, loves horse riding too!
It took me a good 3 months to contact Alison, a lot of hard work meditating and different approaches to trying to view her, in the end the way I found her was this;
I imagined I was in a lift and at each level the door would open, it was up to me if i wanted to get out or move up a floor. Eventually I got to a level that drew me in, I saw an old english garden, white picket fences, apple trees,it was beautiful and on a summer's day too. I saw a young lady sitting on a tree swing, I couldn't see her face though, this was blurred out of my sight. I approached her and asled questions 'what's your name, where you from' etc, our conversations were very short at first as I grew tired. I would talk to her once a day for a good month, until her face became clear too me, such beauty she has!
From then on she would visit me, guide me and fell into her rightful place as my spirit guide and later on, became a friend. I don't speak to her much, she leads her own life too but we keep in contact when needs be.
My 2nd guide, I haven't had much contact with him, I've never been in a situation that caused for his help, Alice is my main gal :-) His name is paco, he is of a mixed native american race and a shapeshifter, he had 3 forms, his human self, a mountin lion and a wolf, I rarely see him in the wolf form unless he is in a dream (he likes to use my sleeping time as his communication tine, apparently it's the only time i really listen to him lol), his human form comes natural and when he needs to talk or vice versa, the lion form comes when he feels there is a danger to me of the spirit kind but apart from that, I do not know muc about him.
Well, that's my guide run down, do I sound crazy now?????
Have any of you got a guide? If so, how did you go about gaining contact with them?
To those who have yet to find their guide, don't worry, in time you will xx

Me, I named him Spore, I know that he is a pretty cautious/protective entity. Though I don't know much about his past. He looks kind of like an angel, but he's not actualy an angel.(I think) His Sig. Is primarily white, with a secondary light green, and (thirdary?) light yellow... (By sig I mean Psi sig, like when you think of a person's personality, certaint 'themes' come to mind, thats a psi sig. Basicly a very loose way of defineing them, but them may vary depending on who is thinking of them...)
Also, we're not real close, usualy just at times of a higher spiritual envolvement. (As in problems with spirits rather then humans)

I met them at severe time in my life...it's been years now. I know them as well as they allow. I have five and they each have a different role in every situation of my life. They all speak a very old form of the Nakota language, and I'm lucky enough to have an elder who still knows that language, so he translates for me. Over the years of hearing my giudes speak it, I've become somewhat more fluent with the language, but not enough. I still need it interpreted.
