Can anybody tell me an experience with their transformation into animals.
Can people do it? if so please tell me how.

hmm im not much of amagic person but id bet a small penny that it isnt lily one can do so but im not sure that one can alter there pyshical bone structure to that of an animal that would require instive bone change.so i dont think its really possible but i wish you the best of luck

Aye, well I've done what's called mental shifting in the otherkin circles. It's where you take on the mental characteristics of your animal therio-type (the term used is Therians, meaning relating to an animal in some way). I literally walked around snarling and running the neighborhood late at night, scratching at trees. And I literally covered the distance of half a block in less that five seconds, and I don't work out or anything, I'm normally rather weak, at least I was back then when this happened. I've also done astral shifting, changing into my wolf self in the astral plane and running there, but I've never done any physical shifting (p-shifting, as its called). I've had one friend tell me of her experience a few years ago, she said it was like a full-body sneeze and poof, she was in her wolf form, but I don't know if it can happen like that, physics would balk against such a transformation, but we cannot deny such a thing is possible just because there is no proof. I've seen some weird things and there are plenty more out there, lol.

You should look up Totem animals and how the Indians used them to represent their animal spirits or guides. Some tribes actually used them to trap the animal spirit inside the totems and used them to transform (supposedly, of course, no proof, etc).

ok we agree theres alot of strange stuff but you bones wound have to be brkonen shifted a remade completly. that would cause to much pain for the human /vampire /ect... brain to handle and they would basicly die.

Not just the bones, lets say you can "change" your bones but the entire organism, organs, tissues, muscles...they are not the sam (unless you're turning into a pig )...so that is impossible!

while I have never, nor have I ever seen anyone change, I hesitiate to say that something is impossible. There is more to our world than physics, etc. Things that we can't even immagine.

nothings impossible its just improblable. but im pretty sure that mental trabsformation would be done through meditiation

Aye, meditations is one way to reach a mental shift into the mindset of your animal therio-type. But also it could depend on how far into an awakening a person is, and also it depends on what stressors and stimuli a person encounters. At the beginning of a therian awakening, a person will go through random shifts in which their animal side becomes more dominant in their personality and mannerisms as opposed to how they normally act. Also, a person can mentally shift into their animal side if they feel threatened or are overly stressed by human stressors or factors such as bills, a stressful job, an unclean house, but it can also be anything as simple as someone cutting you off in traffic or cutting in front of you in line. This is why it is important for a therian to get more in touch with their animal side and learn it as a part of themselves as opposed to being a separate part. Otherwise your human side will constantly war with the instincts and mannerisms of your animal side, as the human mind today is literal thinking and it is taught that to growl and snarl over a platter of food or to want to howl to express joy is not a human thing to do. Does this make sense?

And aye, I must agree, just because human science and physics can't prove it to be possible, it does not make it impossible, just highly improbable without seeing it or experiencing it for once's self.

hmm i like the threaten part kinda like a caged animal or like he story gose a cornnered wolf isnt a defnseless one (unsure of the real saying lol) well anyway we all havea small temper that can break through to a somewhat uglyier side. and by awaking you mean ones change through the mental stasis right?
