Well that depends, where do you live. There are very few people who can sense vampirism over a long distance. I myself would like to tell some people that they are vampires or not but its more of a state os mind now more than a condition. I myself am a real vampire only for the fact that I suffer every moment of my life for I have yet to have my first donor.
