What about Vampires in independent film?
Vampires have been a staple in some of the most memorable films of high-budget block busters. But what about when REAL art comes into filmmaking? What do you get? You get a story from the heart with lots of hard work, sweat, and *blood* put into it. Even if the effects aren't as intense and you don't recognize any names in the cast list, why be deterred by such an amazing art form where the true nature of story telling though a Vampire's eyes can be seen.
I have just finished production on very first feature length independent project, Guardian of Eden, a tale about the love, lust, passion, and hunger between a human, teenage girl, and two vampire boys that are after her for two very different reasons. My cast is not well known, but they are amazing. (One of them is even Czech, so...actually...I'm pretty sure he is a real vampire.) So much passion was put into the making of this film with such an amazing group of people so *thirsty* for their work. Guardian of Eden will be premiering in Florida some time in the end of February or beginning of March. And if you have any further questions on this film, please don't hesitate to leave me a PM. I wrote, directed, and starred in the film.
