While not a show strictly about Vampires, as it included many other supernatural elements, I really enjoyed Dark Shadows.

A short lived TV series based on a series of books called Blood Ties about a former cop turned Pi who is losing her sight and teams up with a vamp to solve super natural crimes... for those who haven't seen it
Non-vampire series is Super Natural
