They said the Moundsville Penn. in Moundsville, WV is haunted. I have only been in there once. There was some TV show were they entered the prison and they were picking up some strange recordings on their instruments. The place is only open for tours and a thing at Halloween but it is creepy enough being locked in a cell as part of the tour. Just one of the haunted atractions in the valley.

Didn't they make a movie based on that place?

I am not sure if they did or not I will try to find out.

Here in the Netherlands, more specifficaly in the Hague, we have 'de gevangenpoort' (eng. the prisongate). In the middle ages people used to be tortured and imprisoned there. That place is also haunted, I've been there three times in my life and I still get chills down my spine... There was also a dutch medium, Bep, who went there and they actually caught a white flash on camera. The reporter totally freaked!

i wish there was somewhere close to here like that.. it would be fun to experience.
