My hair is natually a dark brown that is practically black. I want to put blood red, vibrant streaks into it. What do you guys think? Good idea?

But i'd go for blue. Either blue streaks or a dark black(with a hint of blue) colour completely. That would be totally epic.

Blue and purple are both (occasionally) difficult colours to manage but you get it riht it looks awesome, have you considered a fading of say Blue to purple or maybe read- purple rather than just normal streaks?

If you wanna do a dark blue color... I suggest going to Walmart and buy Garnier Fructis (sp?). You should buy Blue-Black, and it should cost about $8. It is a really nice kit and it works really well. I dyed my hair with it, and it stayed in for 3 months.... And usually dyes don't work in my hair too well.
