some goth men do look really good in skirts, so it all depends. for most of the ones i know, i'd probably dress them in tight skinny black jeans with buckles/patches/tears/fishnet. maybe a fishnet shirt... depending on weight or whatever. for the tall skinny bugers i know, know he looks good in a skirt he has called the strength skirt, he's got a buckle up vest and $200 gladiator boots as well, the outfit looks great when all put together.
