afue nights ago i was at a party and the topic of immaginary friends came up. everyone was tould they had one or two. parents always said it was the kids using their imagination, but i dont believe thats always the case. children are alot more sensitive to spiritual energy. i believe that some children are actually in contact with a spirit, and because as people age their sensitivity to it decreases they just see their child talking to themselves and call it their imagination.

when i was little i had an "imaginary friend" named jack. i have vivid memories of us playing and talking. unlike some kids where they bring their imaginary friends with them everywhere, Jack was only with me in my house. my sister also has memories of being little and having a friend named Jessica. my sister remebers playing on bikes with her and one day she got into an accedent. after that she never saw her again.

my neice is 5 now, when she was 2 we got her a stuffed bear that when you push its hand records things. she was always playing with it and talking to someone when she was. everyone said she must have an imaginary friend. well one day my sister stepped on the hand and it staticly had a mans voice. my brother in law is part of ghost hunters. he put the recording onto the computer for EVP and we discovered the voice was saying "say grandpa say grandpa" in his fathers voice... only his father had passed away long long before my neice was born.

ive had many things happen to me myself even now that im older, but i thought id bring up this imaginary conversation first. ill post more later. feel free to tell me your thoughts on this.

I believe kids are able to sense spiritual things more than adults. Growing up, we are taught to turn off such things. Dismiss them as something else.

However, as a skeptic who does believe, in most cases it probably is just the child's imagination.

Also, EvP's easily suggested. Often if you listen to one without being told what it is first, you hear nothing. Only upon listening to the recording after being told what is said, do you hear it.

it now seems strangly clear. I had an "imaginary friend" when I was younger, and my parents were always telling me that it didn't exist. But all my neices have also had imaginary friends, and told me about conversations they had with them, which were shockingly similar to the ones I had with mine.
