thank you Tobias , this is of much help to me , i never had a guide , or a guardian ( i don't know why but i'm always on my own ), so until now i had to figure it out alone

Aye, I am always armed. Lately, I can't help but shift into my dragon form when I go to the spirit realm (a 20-30 story tall and city block wide, thin neck, large, wide black wings and thin yet muscular arms and legs with a concaved chest). So yeah, nothing messes with me when I'm travelling lately, because all know the power of an ancient dragon and they fear it. The very breath of a dragon can destroy a person's energy body if they can't shield good enough. But anyway, I normal walk as a seven-foot tall man, wearing an old style riding shirt with black leather riding pants, my dragon wings folded up behind me, my hair tied back into a leather thong. When I need to fight I either assume dragon form or cover myself in dragon scales and do a simi-shift to dragon. It keeps me protected, and makes others back the **** up, lol.

As for you, Hellen, I will see if I can see anything about your spirit travelling, but it may be that you haven't been registered on the Halls "radar." After all, a countless amount of spirits travel the realms, its hard to keep track of everyone. I'll see what I can divine, although it might not be much because I don't know you that well, sorry. I'd ask that you meditate on it, though, only on seeing your life guide, ask them to reveal themselves to you and tell them you're ready to see your life guide. This usually works to have them present themselves to you. Let me know how this works out for you, kay?

i usually travel not armed , few times in the past i had an armour and sword when i leaded in a battle to protect others

you can feel from distance if they want to harm ,and i only use my inside power through voice and breath at the same time before they come too close to me ,and then i ascend usually , it seems like steping in imponderability ,while i see them under losing their energy and falling ,and then i enter into the realm of light

i did some ugly fights and killed in the past outhere in the fogs , but in fact you can't really be harmed , i think is not of much use to be armed , but on the contrary

i dont go anywhere without my weapons- longsword, katana, and a .357 magnum

Aye, outside of the Veil, you can be harmed physically. There is some form of essence within the Veil that prevents the spiritual from transfering over into the physical, ie, getting hurt in the spiritual and developing physical wounds. That is why a lot of people fight there. Yet outside of the Veil, and that includes the Great Halls, you can be harmed physically. Everything transfers to the physical, taht's why I like working out in spirit, it makes your physical body stronger, and it takes less time.

To look at me it wouldn't seem that I carry any weapons. I just think of the weapon I enjoy using because weapon in the other realms are all the same. Made of some type of energy and your weapon is normaly as strong as your energy. I like to carry a long bow and a long sword. If I get got off gaurd, which is seldom, I normally think of an element and use that elements energy along with mine in a ball. some times the ball of energy is more usefull then the weapons that I call upon.

I have been to this relam of fighting and I'll tell you its there that I have developed some off my most powerful energy techniques and have had some of my most intense fights, but I go in armed with no more than my energy techniques, not a big fan of weapon combat.

I believe its something else, it might be one of the realms that AlexendriaC mentioned earlier, though I'm not 100% sure, I just remember there to be alot of fighting.
