Alright.. it has come to my attention that I'm supposedly not doing my job. So here's how this is going to work. This may not be the politest way of saying things.. but here goes.

I want everyone to report posts/threads if there is a problem. That's always been the way things should get handled.. HOWEVER... let's understand some rules first. I'm going to give definitions provided by the owner and admin and then some little things that do and don't fall into those categories.

Flaming
Although the discussion forum is mainly geared towards vampire information and support topics, you are welcome to discuss almost anything you want. However, always use your common sense when thinking about what to write and how. You are free to have any opinion you like, but every opinion can be expressed without attacking someone else.

Ok so that's the rule according to Anti. When I say this, it goes for EVERYONE - mod and non mod. Opinions are like *******s - everyone has one and they all stink. So considering this fact, realize that not everyone thinks alike here, not everyone has the same beliefs, not everyone is of the same mind, race, gender, ethnicity, social class, age, experience, education, etc etc etc. In so knowing this... just because you do or not agree with someone's opinion does not mean it's flaming. If you don't like what is being said either A) close the window and don't go back to that thread or B) maturely DISCUSS the differences in opinions. NO ONE is right or wrong. They are opinions.

Trolling
Don't even think about it! This site is clearly about vampires. As such it means that those here are interested in and/or generally believe and support these things as a whole. If you're here to post anything similar to "I'm going to slay you all!", "Vampires aren't real!", "You're all sickos and fakes!", "Prove yourself to me!" or "Get a life losers!", don't even bother registering on this forum. This forum has a very low tolerance for idiots and anyone caught trolling is immediately banned for such activity and reported to their ISP for harassment and violations of their terms of service.

Ok.. now that we know this definition. There is a VERY fine line better trolling and bluntly asking questions. Many of us, including myself, are infamous for asking people in he/she's intro thread how they realized they were a vampire. Asking this is NOT trolling. Asking questions in general is NOT trolling. Trollers are those who create accounts simply to come on and entertain themselves by trying to feel superior over everyone by accusing every member of the forum to be liars and posers. When people join the forum and the intro thread might seem a bit sketchy.. properly word yourself when you want to say something along the lines of "please keep roleplaying to the proper section of the forum." There is technically NOTHING wrong with this statement nor is it trolling. However, there is a better way to say this without accusing someone without knowing them.

Aside from this... please use common sense. If you don't like something...don't read it. It's the internet.. it's just a click away from you and you're free of what you don't like. Life couldn't be easier to deal with.

Realize this. I've tried to be fair and understanding to EVERYONE here whether I think you are full of shit or not. I have my own views and I try hard to keep them to myself as a mod.

I want people to report things. But I do NOT want EVERY single thread reported that someone doesn't agree with. And if you don't like my actions on how I handle things.. then take it up with Anti as he's left the daily care of this forum to me for right now.

At this point I will be begin serving infractions and bans to anyone who cannot comply with this.

Understand? If so.. good. If not.. state your issue here.
