Why have rule Vladimir would only break them. At least that is what I presive him to be like.

All this talk of cookies is making me hungry... (whines) lol I don't usually get caught but maybe that's because most of us are by nature, sly. However, what rules are there? There is that little section that says rules/regulations... lol (I think...)
