Okay, I'm back, scratch it off your calender. I was busy earlier dealing with an emotional donor and it was affecting me very badly, lol.

I believe there are numerous realms out there, and depending on your kharmic balance at the end of your life, and whether you've learned the lessons you're meant to learn that lifetime, then that dictates which realm you go to next, and each realm has its own kharmic "level," if you will. People call these realms by two names, heaven and hell, and depending on if you're "good" or "evil" then you will either go to "heaven" or "hell." But I know that there are numerous realms that people go to, and it all depends on their fate and what lessons must be learned next, on top of their kharmic balance. So, in retrospect, I guess you could say that each of these realms DO have a heaven and hell, but not in the respect of a purely good or purely evil realm.

And no, what you said didn't make me leave, Lady Alexandria. I was simply dealing with donor drama, lol.

I think she is asking what I mean by locking a seal. When a seal is created the pranic energy has to be stabelized on to a point in the seal which is called locking. Relocking is basically restabilizing the seal.
