IM SO FUCKING SHICK OF THI SHIT
SO I GOT UP AT LIKE 5AM AND I WENT FOR A RUN WHAT I HAVENT DONE IN MAD LONG . BUT WHEN I GET OUT MY DOOR THIS GIRL HOW IVE HAD FIGHTS WITH BEFOR SIDE TO RUN UP ON WITH GUN *YES I AM OK * BUT THE HOLE THING IS WHY IN THE FUCKIN HELL IS THATI GOT LOCKED UP FOR BEATIN THE SHIT OUT OF THEM ? YET THEY HAD THE GUN OMG B-MORE AND MARYLAND SUCK SO MUCH ... THIS SHIT NEEDS TO END THE PAST IS THE PAST NO MATTER HOW LONG OR NONLONG AGO IT WAS . IT ALL STATED OVER WHIT ME AND MT OLD LIFE STYLE BUT THE THING IS I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY WELL THATS HOW MY DAY IS GOIN SO FAR DONT THINK IT GET ANYMORE BAD WELL THAT IM ALSO SEEING MY BF TODAY AND WE'R GOIN TO HAVE A LONG TALK !!!

wow that is fucked up i got arested for fourth dagrea assault and i did not do shit and to top it off i was in a fight with my step mom and she almost riped my arm apart and she hit me over the head with a damn tea pot and she did not get anything i only got arested cus her shirt was riped and her face was red but thats cus she got hella mad for no reason

I know. It sucks. By law you are only allowed one hit for each time they attack you for it to be self defense, if I'm not mistaken. Anything beyond that and you get hit up with assault.

Well actually the law does not limit the amout of times you hit someone, I know this from my many altercations that I've been in. You are allowed to defend yourself, no matter how many hits it takes, till they will not cause anymore harm to you, but killing them is not allowed, in altercations like that there is a very fine line between self defense and becoming the attacker. thats why its best to try to talk your way out of a situation unless you can truely tell that all they want is to kill you then defend your self, includes breaking bones if nessicary, but try for a bunch of instant pain hits rather than trying to beat the hell out of them, you will usually get them down faster and with less energy spent doing so.
