Yesterday morning at 6.40am a man was killed in a auto accident on his way to work. This man was a very good friend of mine, i have known him 20-30yrs. He had a wife and three loving children. The accident was caused by a man drinking all night and then climbing behind the wheel of a car. He then crossed the center line and hit my friend head on, at that moment i lost a very good friend, a wife lost a husband,and three children lost a father. I know the thing that upsets me the most is that this man will get a slap on his wrist and go home and drink and then do it again. My wife and i own a law firm and this man actually called us and wanted my wife to represent him, i just cant understand how this could happend and nothing happend to the murderer of my friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. I understand what you're going through. I don't know why people think they can get drunk, murder somebody, and get away with it. But they do get away with it. It makes no sense.

yes they did and i just got word he was released on bail.
