Okay, well here it goes, lol.
Firstly, my ears are not deft to your arguements, I simply accept my way of thinking, consider your words, and disprove them with my own personal knoweldge and experiences. In my experience, demons are creatures like vampires whom require a certain form of energy to exist, specifically dark energies, negative or otherwise called "evil." This doesn't make them evil, yet most of them choose, as we all do, to make evil decisions because this is the easiest way to acquires this energy. This does indeed corrupt the soul of these beings, because just as psychic vampires, if you take in one form of energy for a long time you take on the emotions and mind-set of those emotions. This is why most people see them as evil, dark creatures, because they are most noted for causing accidents, corrupting lives, and generally making malicious actions against people, to cause them to feel negativity and they feed from it. These beings are naturally adapted to negative energy, and the realm they exist in, which I call the Nethers, is constructed of this energy.
For those who do not exist primarily on that plane, they have to seek outside source of energy, so they become attatchments to humans often. My mate and her sister had leechers, as I call them. They made them feel very dark and evil things all throughout their lives, and influenced those around them and certain events, so that they could feed from them (each of them had a demon a piece in them, my mate had two). We bound and sealed their bindings to the Earth until they can be destroyed or absorbed.
As for me being a demon, there are actually neutral demons who choose to feed from random negativity yet remain unaffected. One of my ex's spirit guides was a warrior demon (I can't honestly remember the name, it's been a long time since I heard it). She was being reformed by pairing up with another life guide to aid my ex, and this in turn teaches her demon guide to interact with others in a positive way. So yes, demons can exist without being pure evil, yet I will say that they have a very difficult time of it, as I've observed.
My demon spirit is an outside spirit that has bonded with me. I awaken in a certain order each lifetime to help me to deal with the next awakening. This lifetime my demon will finally awaken and I will have to deal with all the negative thoughts; hell, I already have very evil thoughts at random, dealing with emotions so chaotic that it is hard to tell what I really feel. But, yes, in my opinion, demons can be, if not positive, at least neutral in comparison to the evil, murdering creatures demons are made out to be.
