Aye, I believe in dream magick. It's a simple matter of the spirit performing magick on the dream plane, or astral travelling and doing magick there. It's actually better to peform magick in dream state because that gives the magickal energy less distance to travel (meaning it's already on an energy plane and doesn't have to travel the physical plane as well as the energy plane). Energy moves smoother among energy. Your will is also stronger in dreamscape because you're not bound by your human eyes and perceptions. Anyway, hope this helps. It's my point of view anyway.
