Well it is kind hard to condense this question lol. When I was about 22 this started happening to me. I would feel like something was "weird" and all of a sudden I can't move, I can't talk. It is even kind of hard to breathe. Sometimes I would feel something holding my wrists. Normally I would be drifting off to sleep when this happened, but on occasion it happened when I was awake. It happend on and off for a few months. I was military, and was restationed. It stopped. A few years later it happened one more time, more extreme, then nothing since. That night I seen a silhoutte of a human in front of the VCR light come toward me, I could feel a "breath" in my face, like someone was right in my face (as always I was on my back, can't move etc) and this time I heard it. "Do you know who I am?" I tried to answer no, but I couldn't talk as usual. Then in 1/2 a second everything was normal, it was gone, I could move, I could breathe... and it never happened again.
